Quality Process Control
Production, installation and servicing processes, which directly affect quality, are identified, planned, performed, measured/monitored and improved under controlled conditions to ensure that customer specified quality is achieved at each stage of the process. Control conditions include compliance with all applicable government safety and environmental regulations. Each department is responsible for maintaining and controlling its operating procedures such that the necessary and current information is available to those doing the activity. For example, Tiger Northern Operation maintains an evaporation process control procedure regarding temperature control by using PID temperature controller and automatic control valve. The evaporation temperature is directly related to the specific gravity and concentration of calcium chloride brine.
Measurement, Analysis and Improvement
Tiger has established and maintains a documented Continuous Improvement Procedure to define, plan and implement the measurement and monitoring activities needed to assure conformity and achieve improvement. This includes the determination of the need for, and use of, applicable methodologies including statistical methods.
Monitoring and Measurement of Processes
Tiger applies suitable methods for measurement and monitoring of those realization processes necessary to meet customer requirements. These methods confirm the continuing ability of each process to satisfy the intended purpose.
Monitoring and Measurement of Products
Tiger measures and monitors the characteristics of the product/service to verify that requirements for the product/service are met. This is carried out at appropriate stages of the product/service realization process. For instance, Tiger's personnel take specific gravity reading during production and before loading. Evidence of conformity with the acceptance criteria is documented. Records include the authority responsible for release of the product/service.

- Random product testing by certified labs to ensure the highest quality specifications.
- Radar metering spray system ensures even product application.
- Field checks of treated areas.
